SAMPLE Studio Theatre SAMPLE Promotion Activities The purpose of this document is to detail the current promotional activities that are used in the promotion of all concert and theatrical events that are scheduled for the theatre. These activities are continually being updated and improved with the goal of increasing our market penetration with the minimum of cash outlay. Current activities include but are not limited to the following: Concerts – Inclusion in Studio Theatre Bi Monthly News Letter that is distributed as follows; * Placed in programs or handed out to all concert patrons. * Displayed for pick up at the Tourist Bureau and the Independent store. * Electronic copy with Artist & show hot links on Perth Entertainment Now Website www.PerthEntertainmentNow.net
– News releases sent to 40+ media outlets including print and broadcast media. – Artist bio & concert details sent out to all Friends of the Studio Theatre mailing list members. – Artist bio & concert details sent to KIJIJI free event posting network at http://ottawa.kijiji.ca/.
– Poster Displayed internally and externally with Bio in display cabinet.
– Announcements made at local organizations (Perth Probus Club)
