Rental Information Sheet To Down Load This Form SAMPLE Perth Theatre Project SAMPLE Rental Fact Sheet Standard Rental Charges: Basic Rental fee per performance is: $250.00 Deposit at time of signing contract: $50 (remainder payable after performance) Plus Damage deposit (refundable) payable at time of signing contract: $150 Plus Amount for Optional Additional Services and Equipment (If Any Required) Ticket Sales: Your tickets can be sold if you should require it by a local business owner who supports the Studio Theatre. The following Information should appear on posters (The information can be obtained from the Studio Theatre Booking Manager).: Name of Business: ______________________________________ Address of Business: _____________________________________ Please Note Telephone number must not be included on any advertising or posters unless permission is given by the seller. Local business ticket sellers do not sell tickets over the telephone or take credit cards (Cash Only). Please include in any advertising that tickets are available with cash only - no credit cards, cheques or debit cards. The two local newspapers which should be contacted for advertising are: Perth Courier 267-1100 / 267-1080 Record News/EMC 283-9228 Ads should be in the paper at least the two weeks before your show - the Courier goes out on Wednesdays and the EMC on Thursday/Friday. They will not always print press releases and pictures - it depends on space. You may want to discuss press releases so that you know exactly whether they will or will not print them for you. Also, press releases usually appear only the week before a show. The Perth Theatre Project can also book Radio Advertising on your behalf, for your event at our special rates. Included Services and Equipment: Lighting:
Sound: 1000 watt, Stereo system with 2 speakers mounted above the stage, a CD player, a cassette Tape deck and a basic 4 channel Mackie 402 VLZ34 mixer (3 Channels 1/4" unbalanced & 1 Chanel RCA) . System suitable for PA and Pre Recorded Music use only. Services of a Perth Theatre Project/ Certified Technician to operate the above sound and light system only. Renters will be responsible for the set up and operation of their own or rented equipment. Miscellaneous: Validation and collection of tickets in 2nd floor lobby as well as the operation of the snack bar service prior to show and during intermission ( when applicable). 3 hours for rehearsals on day of performance with full stage lights, including Studio Theatre light checks and technical services. Additional Services and Equipment: The following is a list of services and equipment that can be provided to the renter for a separate and addition per performance/rental cost: - Clean up service for Theatre after show /performance $25.00 - Technician for rehearsals other than Pre Performance /hr. $10.00 - Rehearsal time over and above basic 3 Hrs before Show /hr $15.00 With light and sound - Ticket sales/box office per performance night $50.00 - Poster distribution (50 posters Perth Area only $50.00 - Ticket sales before performance.(Sales Management Charge) $50.00
